Integrated Management System Policy

KERACLAY, a.s. has implemented an integrated system of quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management. These certificates contribute to environmental responsibility and business efficiency. The company has implemented and maintains a system in accordance with the requirements of the following standards:

  • ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 (quality management system)
  • ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 (environmental management)
  • ČSN EN ISO 45001:2008 (occupational health and safety management)

All employees are responsible for implementing the integrated management system policy.

Compliance and Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics serves as a key document that defines the fundamental values and rules on the basis of which the company conducts its business in accordance with the regulations of the Czech Republic. KERACLAY, a.s. has implemented an internal reporting system designed to further minimize the possibility of unethical conduct and protect whistleblowers from potential retaliation.
