Personal Data Processing Information

This document describes how KERACLAY, a.s. processes personal data in connection with the operation of its websites and communication with parties interested in cooperation or employment.

2. Purposes of Processing, Legal Bases and Categories of Data

2.1 Website enquiry form

Purpose: handling your enquiry and communication regarding products and services.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Data processed: name, e-mail, telephone, company, address and enquiry details.

2.2 Job application form

Purpose: recruitment process.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Data processed: identification, contact details, CV and other voluntarily provided documents.

2.3 Cookies and marketing

Purpose: traffic measurement and marketing (e.g. Google Tag Manager).

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via the cookie banner.

2.4 Legal obligations

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

3. Recipients

Authorised employees, IT/hosting providers, marketing tool providers (with cookie consent) and other entities where required by law. Appropriate safeguards apply for transfers outside the EU/EEA.

4. Retention Period

  • Enquiries: 3 years from last communication.
  • Applicants (not hired): 6 months after recruitment ends.
  • Applicants (hired): for employment duration and as required by law.
  • Cookies: for consent duration, max. 12 months.
  • Accounting records: typically up to 10 years.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact brnik@keraclay.cz. Complaints to the Czech data protection authority.

6. Obligation to Provide Data

Mandatory fields are required to process enquiries or recruitment. Other data are voluntary.

7. Automated Decision-Making

No automated decision-making or profiling under Art. 22 GDPR.
